Remote support

We can fix faults remotely by connecting over the internet using our remote software and taking control of the offending PC.

Site Support

When something goes wrong that cannot be fixed remotely, we will visit your site.

We guarantee a 24hr response time (between Monday-Friday 9am-5pm).

Server & System Maintenance

Health Checks

We provide you with 4 onsite check-ups spaced throughout the year to carry out maintenance on your systems, allowing us time to carry out checks and updates to make sure everything keeps running smoothly.

Backup Monitor

we check your backup making sure if there is a fault, we find it and fix it. Thus making sure that if there comes a time where we need a backup to restore from, we are certain there is one.

All maintenance contracts cover labour costs for dialling in, e-mail and telephone support.

We place the utmost importance on customer uptime and staff productivity. It is our belief that an IT uptime of 99% can be expected by all customers.
